1. Acceptance

By creating a GoBurden account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use GoBurden.

2. The platform

GoBurden provides a self-serve affiliate marketing platform where creators (“you”) can generate tracking links for brand offers and earn commissions for verified conversions (installs, registrations, purchases, or other tracked actions) driven by your audience.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information during sign-up and keep it up to date.
• One person may hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
• You may not share your account with, or transfer it to, another person.

4. Earning commissions

• Commissions are credited to your GoBurden wallet only when a conversion is verified as genuine by the relevant brand or our tracking system.
• Conversions generated through self-referral, click fraud, bot traffic, incentivised clicks, or any other artificial means will be rejected and may result in account suspension.
• Payout rates shown in the app are indicative and may change without notice if a brand adjusts their campaign.
• We reserve the right to withhold or reverse credits where fraud or policy violations are suspected while an investigation is ongoing.

5. Withdrawals

• You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount shown in the app.
• Withdrawals are processed to the verified UPI ID or bank account you have saved. GoBurden is not liable for delays caused by your bank or payment network.
• GST-registered creators are responsible for issuing the appropriate invoices where required by Indian tax law.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to GoBurden systems or data.
• Share tracking links alongside misleading, defamatory, or offensive content.
• Impersonate any person or brand, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Interfere with the platform in a way that degrades performance for other users.

7. Intellectual property

All platform code, design, and brand assets are the property of GoBurden. You retain full ownership of your own content and audience data. You grant GoBurden a limited, non-exclusive licence to display your social profile information within the platform for the purpose of operating your creator profile.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for material violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time using the account deletion form. Earned commissions that have already cleared will be paid out; pending or disputed amounts may be held during any investigation period.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

GoBurden is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific earnings outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you earned in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via in-app notification for material changes. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance.
